The lot located at 880 Centrillion Drive, McLean, Virginia  22102 sold on 2/22/13 for $1,500,000 while it was not listed in the MLS.  It was previously on the market for 544 days before it was withdrawn from the market on 11/28/12.   This lot was originally listed for sale on $2,350,000 on 6/14/08. This listing expired on 12/3/08. It was put back on the market on 1/22/09 for $1,999,500, reduced to 1,895,000 on 10/1/09, and subsequently was withdrawn from the market on 9/14/10. It was re-listed again on 6/3/11 for $1,769,000.  It is a 2.5 acre lot.
