The property located at 7805 Grovemont Drive in the Reserve is scheduled to settled on May 14.  After it settles, I will post the sold price.  The MLS listing has not been updated with the settlement date because the last contingency doesn’t expire until tomorrow (4/30/10).

Tania became a residential real estate agent in 2006.
