Several people have asked me about this property, so here is what I know:

It is currently listed for $3,295,000 and has been on the market since 3/2/10 this time around. According to the tax record, it is owned by B, B and T. It was on the market 3 other times in the past several years and those listings were withdrawn. Here is a brief synopsis:

5/11/06 – 9/15/06 for $4,950,000
4/27/07 – 2/25/08 for $3,495,000 originally, then it was reduced to $2,999,900
3/06/09 – 3/02/10 for $4,495,000 originally, then it was reduced to $3,795,000

Tania became a residential real estate agent in 2006.
