There were 29 public open houses in McLean today.  See the attached pdf file for addresses and photos.

3/27/10 Open Houses

  • On 3/21/10, there were 20 open houses.
  • On 3/14/10, there were 29.
  • On 3/7/10, there were 24.

Compare to February’s numbers:

  • On 2/28/10, there were 15 open houses.
  • On 2/22/10, there were 3 open houses.

To date, there are no open houses listed in the MLS for Easter Sunday, April 4.  But I will check again later in the week and post information, if there are any.

Look for more public open houses in April (after Easter Sunday, April 4). April 10 & 11 is National Open House weekend, so that should be a big weekend for open houses.

After completing her MBA in 1996, she joined CIG International (a Washington-based residential real estate investment firm) as Vice President where she conducted extensive due diligence investigations of real estate investment opportunities and oversaw ongoing investment projects. Tania became a residential real estate agent in 2006.
