My next door neighbors, Fran and Ken Rogers, put their home on the market on 2/8/10.  It was built in 2001 by Yeonas & Ellis, a well-known builder of high quality custom homes.  Fran and Ken settled on the property on 3/13/01.  They are the original owners of the property and were some of the first homeowners in Section 1 of the Reserve.  They have taken immaculate care of the property and it is in like new condition.

There were 29 public open houses in McLean today.  See the attached pdf file for addresses and photos.

3/27/10 Open Houses

• On 3/21/10, there were 20 open houses.
• On 3/14/10, there were 29.
• On 3/7/10, there were 24.

Compare to February’s numbers:

• On 2/28/10, there were 15 open houses.
• On 2/22/10, there were 3 open houses.

To date, there are no open houses listed in the MLS for Easter Sunday, April 4.  But I will check again later in the week and post information, if there are any.

Look for more public open houses in April (after Easter Sunday, April 4). April 10 & 11 is National Open House weekend, so that should be a big weekend for open houses.

It is currently listed for $3,295,000 and has been on the market since 3/2/10 this time around. According to the tax record, it is owned by B, B and T.  It was on the market 3 other times in the past several years and those listings were withdrawn. Here is a brief synopsis:
